East Main Park and Pump Track Update

At the Tuesday, March 16th City Council Meeting, councilors approved the design contract for East Main Park in Ashland. This paves the way for full design of the Ashland Pump Track and Bike Skills park. Terrain Landscape Architecture will be leading the park design, with Velosolutions/American Ramp Company handling the bike infrastructure component. With design approval solidified from both Ashland Parks and Recreation and the City of Ashland, we are looking forward to receiving plans in the next few months and ramping up our fundraising efforts. A standalone fundraising committee has been working to develop a strategy and action plan, building off the $27,000 currently earmarked for the pump track. Phase 1 (beginner pump track) has an approximately $90,000 price tag.

As we start this fundraising process, we would really appreciate your support and help.
