Ashland Pump Track

A pump track and skills area for EVERYONE. Located at East Main Park in Ashland.

In a partnership with Ashland Parks and Recreation, RVMBA is working to bring a world-class Pump Track to Ashland in a brand new park. Construction has been approved at the site of the new East Main Park, located at East Main and Clay street. The asphalt pump track will cover approximately 1/2 an acre of park space, with combined, progressive beginner and intermediate/expert tracks.

Construction is hoped to begin in Summer 2025.

First proposed in October 2017, RVMBA has been working on behalf of the community to advocate for this much needed asset for the Rogue Valley.

In addition to the pump track, RVMBA is planning to create a skills area at the same site. Currently the City of Ashland has approved the overall design of the park and is working with stakeholders to fine tune design elements. The skills area will provide challenges and learning opportunities for both new and experienced riders and is expected to become a regularly used teaching area for youth organizations like Ashland DEVO.

Location (in red outline) on East Main St in Ashland, Oregon.

The track has been professionally designed by Velo Solutions/American Ramp Company to be low maintenance and a LOT of fun. RVMBA has partnered with Ashland Parks and Recreation throughout the project and a $1,000,000 grant from Oregon Parks & Recreation Commission for phase 1 of the park has been secured. Additional funding to complete the skills area is still needed. Your tax deductible donation can make a difference in this community investment.
